Shipping Policy

At Buffsy Beauty, we strive to deliver your orders safely and in a timely manner. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order placement and successful payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during promotional sale periods may experience additional processing time.
2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
Metro Cities: 2–3 business days
Other Locations (Tier 2, Tier 3, and Rural Areas): 5–8 business days
These timelines are estimates only. Actual delivery dates may vary depending on courier partner operations and your delivery location.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
Order weight and dimensions
Delivery location and pin code
Courier partner logistics and applicable surcharges
Free shipping may be offered during certain promotional campaigns. However, free shipping eligibility may be revised or temporarily suspended during sales events without prior notice.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a COD Convenience Fee of ₹75–₹100 is applicable in addition to shipping charges.
4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
COD is available only for orders below ₹2,000. Orders exceeding ₹2,000 must be prepaid. If you refuse or return a COD order at the time of delivery without a valid reason, the COD Convenience Fee is non-refundable.
5. SHIPPING DELAYS
Delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:
Adverse weather conditions or natural calamities
Courier partner operational issues
Delivery to remote or restricted-access locations
Public holidays and regional shutdowns
Buffsy Beauty is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and courier details. You may track your shipment through the courier partner's website.
7. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer. Re-delivery charges may apply.
